Get ready to explore, create, and innovate with STEAM!
Calling all adventurous Girl Scouts! Join us for a day of STEAM exploration
at STEAMworks Studio. Our hands-on workshops will ignite your curiosity,
boost creativity, and empower you with essential skills. Get ready to dive
into the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and
Mathematics (STEAM)! Girls will be grouped by age to participate
in hands-on STEAM projects such as; robotics, web design, wearable
technology, chemistry, and more!! (Projects are age-appropriate and designed
by our experts from the STEAMworks Studio)
STEAMworks Studio is uniquely focused on fostering and developing,
essential 21ST Century and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts,
and Mathematics) skills like Problem-Solving, Critical thinking, Creativity,
and Collaboration in a hands-on and practical but fun learning environment.
We believe that "Making" can transform the way we all learn, from
preschoolers through retirees.
All participants will receive a STEM fun Patch to sport on their uniform.
Lunch will not be provided. It is encouraged for girls to pack their
lunch to eat during our lunch Brain Break between projects.
