Are you planning a special meeting that requires more room or a change of scenery? Check out the Council locations you can book to host your meeting! Council locations are available to book any day of the week from 8:00am - 8:00pm.

Camp locations are only available to book Mon-Thurs, from 9am-8pm.

Meeting Location Waiver Application
Schools, churches and community buildings are excellent locations for troop meetings, and should always be the first place troops look for meeting space. However, we understand that community-meeting places are sometimes difficult to find. Therefore, Troop Leaders may apply for a waiver from the general requirement to meet in public meeting spaces.
Once the requirements below are reviewed and all troop parents agree with a private home for the meeting location, Troop Leaders may submit this application for waiver.
Applications will be processed within 7 business days. Approval is contingent upon all persons 18 or older living/present in the home completing and clearing the required background check. Background check processing time may vary.
*This process has been approved by the GSCSNJ Board of Directors and will be assessed and updated annually.
