business, so students learn everything they need to start
earning extra cash
-Safety and injury prevention guidelines,
with best practices to make sure
that everyone stays safe
-Leadership strategies to build confidence when responding to
conflict, as
well as suggestions on how to avoid conflicts from
the outset
-Tips on age-appropriate play, and how to build
rapport and stay engaged
with children
-Basic caregiving
skills such as feeding, burping, diapering, and safe
sleep
practices
-Basic first aid for common incidents
