The GIRL SCOUT name and mark, the TREFOIL mark and all other trademarks, service marks, logotypes, photography, designs, and copyrights associated with or related to the Girl Scouts ("GSUSA Intellectual Property") are the sole and exclusive property of GSUSA and are protected under the laws of the United States of America and international treaties.
